I’m KT — an intimacy & transformational coach and sacred energy practitioner.
My own path has been one of listening to the body’s whispers, unraveling shame, and remembering joy as medicine. Years of study, mentorship, and lived experience have shown me that intimacy begins with safety — the kind you create within yourself.
I’ve devoted my work to guiding others into that same soft remembering: of the body as temple, of love as a practice, and of sovereignty as the foundation for pleasure and transformation.
